Who is responsible

What we do not do

This website has no forms, no sign-up and asks you for no personal details. We use no analytics or statistics services, no advertising networks and no tracking pixels. We do not build visitor profiles and we sell data to no one.

The only third-party content anywhere on this website is the Google map in the contact section, described below.

No cookie is set at all — not ours, not Google’s, neither before nor after the map loads. That is why you will see no cookie consent dialogue: there is nothing to consent to.

What is stored on your device

We set no cookies of our own. Two values are kept locally in your browser; neither ever leaves your device or reaches us:

• Appearance — if you choose the dark or light theme, we remember it for your next visit.
• Reading position — when you switch language we briefly note where you were on the page so you are not thrown back to the top. It is discarded as soon as the new page loads.

Google map

The contact section shows a Google map. It loads only when you scroll down that far — if you do not reach it, nothing is requested from Google.

Once it loads, Google receives your IP address along with device and browser information, The map also pulls its own interface typefaces from Google. We checked what it leaves on your device: no cookies. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing, under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Typefaces

The typefaces used for the text are served from our own server, so reading the site discloses your visit to no third party. The map is the one exception: when it loads, it brings its own typefaces from Google with it.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records technical details of each visit — IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. These serve security and server operation and are not linked by us to your identity.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use what you tell us solely to answer your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing.

Medical data

This website collects, displays and stores no health data whatsoever. Patient records are kept separately, within the clinical relationship, and have no connection to this website.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Contact us at info@viverephysio.gr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: dpa.gr.

Changes

If how this website works changes, this policy will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
